Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Consultingowych WADECO Sp. z o.o. is a privately-owned company established in the year 1996. Earlier (since 1982) WADECO was owned by the Capital City of Warsaw. We also use the business name WADECO – Architects, Engineers, Consultants.
The company is owned by five persons who have been with the firm since its formation.
Currently, WADECO employs over 30 persons, including architects, designers of sanitary and electrical systems, costs specialists and supervision inspectors.
WADECO delivers designs of buildings and housing estates, offices, shopping centres, warehouses and other public utility buildings and also supervises their implementation. In our designs we pay attention not only to the functionality and image of the building, but also to the rationality and economic justification for the application of the technical solutions proposed by us.
We participate in the entire investment project implementation process. Acting for and on behalf of the investor, we attend to any and all administrative and technical formalities, in particular any approvals which enable the implementation process to commence. We also take part in selecting the contractors. We provide comprehensive technical supervision of the building site, and (if requested by the investor) oversee the investment project’s budget. We effectively co-operate with the investor and the contractor, also in the course of obtaining the building occupancy permit, which means that the buildings designed by us are put into use within the expected deadlines.
Since the year 2004, WADECO has had its own headquarters in the centre of Old Mokotów, one of the central boroughs of Warsaw. Our offices have been equipped with state-of-the-art design support systems and are fully computerised. We make use of electronic mail and the internet. We are prepared for handling design commissions of any size.
We have designed dozens of buildings performing various functions. The most important include: Blue Tower (an office building in Plac Bankowy in Warsaw), The Prima Court Office Building in ul. Nowogrodzka in Warsaw (the first headquarters of PriceWatherhouse), a block of flats with a shopping mall in Al. Stanów Zjednoczonych in Warsaw, the Olimpia-2 Estate in ul. Gandhi in Warsaw (investor – Dom Development S.A.), a block of flats in ul. Dalanowska in Warsaw, a block of flats in ul. Namysłowska in Warsaw and others.
